Today’s itinerary is to cross from Avalon on Catalina Island over to Oceanside yacht club. The passage was like glass. Incredibly flat, calm water, and no wind. Oceanside yacht club kindly provided us with a complementary slip thanks to our Westpoint Club membership.

This is where we were dropping Eric off as he had to get home for a prior obligation. He caught a cab down to San Diego airport from Oceanside.

Pete and I took the local Oceanside shuttle into town and walked around on the beach and in the town. Very much a southern California surf vibe.

We got back to the boat around six and made dinner on board.

It appears that I have a battery issue with my house batteries and will probably have to replace them when we get to San Diego this week.
